A wonderfully soft pure alpaca scarf in natural shades of mustard yellow, natural cream, natural dark brown and dyed blueish grey. The yellow comes from alkanet (a herb from the borage family) and the grey from heather flowers, all dyed and grown here in Hampshire. The texture of the main part of the scarf comes from natural cream alpaca which I spun by hand to contrast the finer coloured yarns. Finished with hand-twisted fringes.
Length 144cm plus fringes, width 21cm.
Hand wash, dry flat.
Please note that natural dyes may change colour slowly over several years as the colours are sensitive to light.
